Shipping & Delivery
All shipments will be sent from California, USA via United States Postal Service (USPS). The estimate shipping dates for each sale/raffle will be updated through our discord channel. For shipping price, click on this link and search for your country. We will email you the tracking number of your order once the item is ready and scheduled to ship soon.
Shipping fees are paid by buyers and always included in each invoice we send out.
International buyers are responsible upon paying import taxes, duties (if applicable) according to your country’s laws.
Due to the current situation of COVID-19, many countries/regions are experiencing shipping delays and imposing shipping restrictions, please understand that it may take from 2 weeks to up to 3 months for these buddies to get to you.
Once the status is shown as delivered by USPS, we do not take responsibility regarding package lost/not arrived. In case of the status does not update pass the time of 3 months, let us know via email and we will try our best to resolve the issue.
Return & Exchange
As each keycap is individually handcrafted and born with a character of its own, there are no two identical keys. Please keep in mind that minor differences and imperfections might be presented. Once they’re adopted, they’re all yours. Therefore, we do not accept any exchange or return.
All keycaps produced by PSYCHOkeycaps are handmade; therefore, it will be subjected to minor imperfections such as texture and color differences. We only provide replacement if the cap is malfunction upon arrival, not if there are aesthetic issues.
PSYCHOkeycaps reserved the right to refuse service at our discretion. Duplicate entry, unpaid invoice, and any other foul play will result in disqualification of your entry and may be banned from future sale.
